L.A. Unified has partnered with the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) to develop a framework to increase students' innovative use of technology and to leverage teachers' ability to teach creatively and flexibly.

This unique framework is centered on students and outlines changes to district infrastructure and processes, as well as a series of innovation pilots aimed at shifting the use of technology in transformative and equitable ways which will require significant changes in practice on the part of district leaders and teachers.
